To register and use richdaddy services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual legally present in Malaysia.
• Not prohibited by any local law or court order from participating in online gaming activities.
• Must not have had a richdaddy account previously suspended or terminated due to a terms violation.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity or organisation.

Richdaddy reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Documents typically required include a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of residence. This KYC process is a standard security measure that protects all parties and ensures your account is not misused by others.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account richdaddy. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails or IP addresses — constitute a serious violation that may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. richdaddy recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Richdaddy will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. All activity occurring within your account is your sole responsibility unless you can prove the account was accessed without your authorisation.

Payment Method

Richdaddy accepts deposits via a variety of secure and recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within the specified timeframe:

• FPX (Instant Fund Transfer): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect and other major Malaysia banks — credited within 1–3 minutes.
• Local eWallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost — credited instantly.

Withdrawal Policy

Winnings may be withdrawn at any time provided that the wagering requirements for any bonus received have been fully met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00 per request. • Suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Voluntary account closure request submitted by the account holder themselves.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your richdaddy account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn all eligible cash balances.
